I am a mom to three kids born in 2015, 2018 and 2021. I love being a mom and I have always known I wanted to one. I thought I wanted 6 children, but after three kids I feel like we are done.
We live in the Netherlands! We would love to one day move to the States, but when is up to God 😉
I used to be a teacher of English, so I have my bachelor’s degree in English as a secondary school teacher. I actually graduated in British English, but thanks to my friends in the States it turned into an American accent instead of a British one.
When I had our first son, I still worked as a teacher. But when I was pregnant with our daughter I lost my job and because of the big belly I couldn’t find a job. So I was ‘forced’ to stay home. Well, a couple months later and we decided I would stay home with our children for the next couple of years and be a homemaker.
And I love it more than anything! I am so grateful for a husband that sees the importance of a homemaker, and for the opportunity to homeschool our kids and be there for them.
