Fall is about to arrive! Can you believe it?! That Summer went by so quickly, but it’s time to get ready for Fall. With these 5 tips, you will definitely feel prepared!
Write down your goals
Now that Fall is around the corner, it’s time to think about your goals. There’s only 3 more months to this year. Did you do everything you wanted to do? Do you want to come up with new goals you’d like to work on before 2022 starts?
And don’t forget to create a fun Fall bucket list! Doesn’t have to be long, but it will totally help you to add in some fun during this Fall! Save this to your Pinterest board for future reference!
Prep your home
Whether you want to go all out, decorate for Fall or just want to get the house in order for the new season. Now is the best time to schedule this in. Create a master to-do list for your cleaning tasks and schedule them in one at a time.
Another great thing to do is to clean up the outside area and make it Winter proof. So store your outdoor furniture, clean the garden beds, prune your trees etc.
Go over your daily and weekly planning
With every new season, it’s important to go over your planning. Does your child’s sport season end? Will there be any major school holiday coming up? Any changes in your work hours in this season?
Whatever is coming up the next 3 months, make sure your schedules are up to date. Adjust your daily blocks if you need to or create some new routines.
Update skincare routine
Along with the change in weather, your skincare will need a different routine. You might not need a sunblock as high as you used during the hot Summer months. Or maybe you even skip the sunblock all together (guilty!)
Make sure to create a skincare routine that works for you! If you are looking for a simple and easy routine that you will absolutely love, check out this post. This is the routine I will pick back up now that the weather changes.
Change your wardrobe
And the best part of having a new season, is having a new wardrobe! I go through my Summer tops and dresses and store them in the back of my closet. And the best part is going through all my favourite Fall sweaters! I have a big love for chunky sweaters, so this is my favourite part of the season changing!
What is your favourite thing to do when the season changes to Fall?!
